"Signature Portraits" by Glenn Luttrell Your portrait session may include in-studio and/or outdoor settings, at your option.  On-location settings, such as your home or Elsong Gardens, are also optional.  Your portrait "preview prints" will be ready for your selection about 7 days after the portrait session.  Basic facial retouching is included in all portraits of individuals (softening of smile lines and lines under eyes and removing facial blemishes/acne) and all portraits are given a spray lacquer finish (your choice of luster or clear) to protect their color permanence.  Additional retouching (for multiple subjects in one portrait, removing glasses glare, tan lines, braces, stray hair, etc.) and optional portrait mountings (artboard, masonite, canvas, etc.) and textures are available for an additional charge.  Both black & white and color portraits are available.  "Basic Portrait Session" 10 poses are made for your selection in-studio & outdoor settings 1 wardrobe change is permitted Average session time is 30 - 45 minutes. (Not available for On-location or Children's Portrait Sessions) "Basic Portrait Session fee" = $20.00* _________________________________ "Standard Portrait Session" About 20 poses are made for your selection in-studio & outdoor settings up to 3 wardrobe changes are allowed Average session time is 1 hour. "Standard Portrait Session fee" = $30.00* _________________________________ "Extended Portrait Session" About 40 poses are made for your selection In-studio & outdoor settings Up to 6 wardrobe changes are allowed Average session time is 2  2-1/2 hrs. "Extended Portrait Session fee" = $50.00* _________________________________ * Session fees do not include travel charges for portrait sessions away from the studio.  Session fees must be pre-paid to guarantee your appointment time (credit card by phone is fine) and are non-refundable if you fail to show up for your appointment time. Travel Charges for all portrait sessions away from the studio - $ 20.00 (in Ouachita Parish)                                                                                                - $ 1/mile (outside Ouachita Par.) Additional charges would apply for photography sessions at Elsong Gardens (the Emy Lou Biedenharn Bible Museum) and plans for such sessions must be arranged at the time your portrait appointment is scheduled. Portrait Preview Session Your Portrait Preview prints will be ready for your selection approximately 7  10 days after your portrait session.  An appointment for this session will be made when you make your portraits or you may call the studio to make your Preview Appointment.  You are invited to bring family and friends to help you in the selection process.  Appointments In order to provide all of my clients with the individual attention they deserve and to make sure that you are not inconvenienced, you are requested to call for an appointment prior to visiting the studio. Payment Policy A payment of one-half of your total order is due at the time you place your portrait order.  The balance is due upon delivery (3  5 weeks).  No portraits may be delivered until the total order balance is paid in full.  Payment via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express is acceptable.  Payments for shooting/sitting fees and travel fees do not apply toward portrait orders.  Sales tax of 9.5% must be added to all prices/fees.
